How to get from the airport to downtown Guadalajara?

Where is the Uber pickup location?
The entrance and exit areas of the terminal are exclusively for taxis. Therefore, you should coordinate with the driver the pick up point, probably near the parking area.
Is there free access to WiFi Internet?
The “GAP FREE” WiFi network service is free and for an unlimited time in the terminal.
What to do in case of a long layover for a connecting flight?
There are many shops and duty free hours from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., restaurants, bars and cafes, most of which are open between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m., although there are some 24-hour dining options available (such as Krispy Creme, Break Station, El Quijote). In turn, the airport has VIP lounges; the VIP Lounge East is open 24 hours and the other lounges from 5 am to 10 pm. The VIP lounges represent a great option for a long layover for a connecting flight, or a delayed flight, an early check-in in the morning or for a breakfast, buffet lunch, snacks, drinks and a relaxed atmosphere to rest or work.
What to do in case of loss of luggage or belongings?
For lost luggage you must contact your airline or go to its counter at the airport. In case of losing any belongings inside the terminals, go to the information desk of the Terminal.
Is there a luggage storage service?
At the moment, the airport does not have a left-luggage office or lockers.
Do you have currency exchange and banking services?
There are several currency exchange counters, some of them operate 24 hours, such as GLOBO CAMBIO, located in national and international arrivals and departures. In turn, there are ATMs of various banks, a bank branch of HSBC and a tax refund office for foreigners TAX BACK, in international departures (from 7 am to 8 pm).

What facilities and services does the airport offer for special and disabled passengers?
Guadalajara airport has elevators and access ramps, reserved parking spaces for people with reduced mobility. All toilet modules have an adapted toilet and equipped for people with disabilities. There are also adapted public telephones.
In case of traveling with a pet or guide dog, you must coordinate it in advance with the airline.
For minors traveling unaccompanied and the elderly, airlines offer special services, which consist of accompanying the passenger to the plane or wheelchair service.
